Just wanted to start a thread so everyone can share daily, weekly or any other type of training PRs that you might have at the gym!! Its always is a great feeling to "kill it " in the weight room weather it's a new max or a new rep personal best on a certain lift or lifts.... Just wanted to open this thread to get some excitement going and let everyone brag on there selfs a little!! Nothing beats progress in the gym and in ones training... It's a great feeling!! So let's start training like machines and fill this thread up with post about new PRS and how you've been smashing some weights in the gym!!

My personal best lifts are the following:
Bench: 315x4
Squat: 275x10
Deadlift: 315x10
I do not usually max out my lifts, but I do love a heavy lifting workout on occasion. My goal right now is to maintain my current strength levels and increase me weight to a clean 195lbs. I am currently weighing in at 185lbs at 5'10". I will make sure to post my progress here as I go along! Keep training like machines Cyborgs!

Thanks for starting us of Brent!! Great lifting #s!! The great thing about lifting is no matter what goals you have there is no limit to what you can do... Even if you dont hit heavy 1 rep maxes you can always have personal best for reps, or reps done in a certain time on any certain lift!! Its important to have fun while training and this is a great way to push/challenge yourself and make gains along the way!!
