My favorite muscle group to train would be either chest or triceps. What is your favorite?

Chest is the best! I like hitting the incline and decline, and blowin up the chesticles! Also, in the past I really didn't like doing legs but recently I've found that training legs, really increases gains all over.

Favorite Body part to train- Chest! ( Bench Press) My whole upper body feels great after a heavy bench and chest workout!
Favorite Lift- Deadlift or Squat!! Something about these 2 lifts.... Guess you gotta really dig deep to put in the work to hit heavy deadlifts and squats... Total body movements that require a little bit of everything! Exp on Deadlift there is no such thing as cheating..... You can pick the weight up to a lock out or you cant!!! PERIOD!! Squats i always see being cut short.... Over loaded and half reps all the time!! so thats why the deadlift is my favortie right now

Squats and deadlifts too! When training "legs" heavy you get a really good nervous system stimulation which causes you to get stronger everywhere or for any heavy lift for that matter as well..Also you can get an increased level of work capacity when adding more volume to your training when done properly too.

Exercise is one of those rare things where the hype actually meets reality. Next to not smoking, getting regular physical activity is arguably the best thing you can do for your health. Any amount of exercise is better than none. The more you get, though, the better. And remember: Cutting back on television-watching and other sedentary pastimes is just as important as becoming more active.
